We are delighted to be able to invite one parent/carer per family to attend the Lap-a-thon on Friday March 5th. This ensures that we continue to meet Department for Education requirements and guidelines that are in place at the present moment.

Parent Spectators
- On arrival parents are asked to check in using the school's QR Code
- Parents must adhere to Social Distancing guidelines (1.5m spacing) at all times whilst on site. We ask that parents spread out around the oval while watching the event. There will be Covid Marshalls in attendance to offer gentle reminders.
- Toilets for visitors will be behind the Komlos building (Blue Room) next to the Kibby building.
- Please do not enter the school buildings (except for the Komlos toilets) during your visit.
- We ask that parents leave the school promptly at the end of your child's session as the next group of parents will be arriving shortly after.
- If unwell please do not attend.
Parent Volunteers
Class teachers will be asking for parent volunteers on the day to record laps and help with obstacles.
- Prior to the event read volunteer information sent out from class teachers.
- On arrival volunteers will need to sign in at the front office and check in using the school's QR Code.
Now is the time to start collecting your donations from family and friends. Don't forget to record them on the provided sponsorship form ready to return by Friday 12th March.
